STRIPTEASE

   Exotic Expertease - Intermediate Striptease Course - £200    

• I have designed this unique 3-week course specifically for those of you who already have a basic knowledge of striptease. Each 2½ hour class will incorporate valuable “tricks of the trade” to enhance both your confidence and your ability to perform with conviction. 
• You will be taught the extremely sensual techniques of chair work and floor work.
• You will learn how to remove your underwear (including stockings) in a variety of ways.  I will then show you how to develop these specialised skills into a very sexy, professionally styled striptease routine.
• Start date is Thursday 8th July from 7pm-9:30pm
• This course will take place at Expressions Dance Studio, Linton House, 39-51 Highgate Road, Kentish Town, London NW5 1RT.
• There is only availability for a maximum of 6 students per course.

        The Bare Essentials - Beginners Striptease Workshop - £60

• In one fun-packed 2-hour session, you will learn the essential elements of this empowering art-form, concluding in a sultry and stylish choreographed striptease routine.
• This popular workshop has been a runaway success over the last 9 years.
• Whether you want to boost your self-confidence, impress a partner or learn a new life-skill, this workshop can help you towards achieving your goal
• Please be aware that there is an element of nudity in this class, as you will be learning how to remove clothing with oodles of elegance and a ton of tease!
• The next workshop will be from 5pm-7pm on Saturday 17th July.
• Venue - LA Fitness, North London.
• Only 12 places available per workshop.

        Private Dancer - Private tuition with Jo King - £300
          Striptease or Erotic Dance (amateur or professional)

• Private Dancer is perfect for individual tuition however two or three people can be accommodated in these classes.
• Jo structures each private lesson for your personal abilities and requirements.  You meet, get acquainted and have some time to discuss any questions you may have. You will then have 2 hours of practical, expert tuition.
This class is perfect for anyone who: is pushed for time, resides outside London, cannot commit to a course,  prefers personal instruction, or wants to work professionally.
Ladies, if you are planning to spoil your partner, then after just one class you will have the necessary skills to perform a personalised striptease or erotic dance routine.  If you want to improve your self-confidence, have a better body image, learn some sexy moves and liberate your sensuality - this is the class for you.
Striptease acts can either be created from scratch or your own ideas can be enhanced upon and professionally choreographed by Jo.
Those of you who wish to be professional striptease artists will be given valuable advice about the industry. You will be taught an audition piece, how to perform a stage show and a table dance.
This class can be arranged any time from 11am - 9pm, Mondays to Saturdays (subject to availability).
These classes are held in private studios in London.  Lessons required outside London are subject to extra costs - prices upon request.

 

Party Pieces - prices on request  

• These superb, private events can be organised for hen nights, birthdays, leaving parties, girl's (and boy's) nights in or just for the sheer and fabulous, fun of it!

• Allow us to provide you with an exceptional hour (or two) of tuition.
• We offer 3 options:
  1. Teaser - You can choose from two styles; either exotic dance (sexy and elegant) or burlesque dance (glamorous and cheeky).  You will learn all the appropriate moves which will culminate in a group dance routine. No clothing is removed (so no need to panic).  The cost is £25 per person for a minimum of 8/maximum of 25 and consists of approximately 1½ - 2 hours of tuition.  Less than 8 people can take part but a minimum charge of £200  will still apply.  There will be a gift for the hen/birthday girl or organiser.
• 2. Burlesquing - This option is perfect for people who know each other quite well and want to learn a group performance.  You will be taught a themed showgirl-troupe style routine.  You can choose from the following prop themes; feather fans, hats, dance canes, or boas and gloves. This option is £50 per person for a minimum of 6/maximum of 20. This Party Piece takes between 1½ - 2 hours and all participants receive a “Burlesque” gift.
• 3. Striplette - You will be shown all the moves necessary to perform a sexy and stylish, choreographed striptease routine (some nudity involved).  Required clothing will be discussed. This option is £75 per bottom for a minimum of 6/maximum of 12 and the class lasts approximately 2 hours. There will be a gift for the hen/birthday girl or organiser.
• The final cost will be subject to option choice, location and the number of people participating. Please call or email us for more information.

BURLESQUE

        Burlesque Dance - All levels - Drop-in Class                                                £10 members / £15 non-members - Danceworks, West End.

• This is a drop-in class. No pre-booking! Just turn up and pay on  the night.
• Every Monday from 8pm - 9pm - Arrive early as places are limited!
• In these classes you will learn a variety of traditional and neo-burlesque dance moves with the emphasis on sexy, showgirl glamour.  More tease than Dita!
• Our dazzling new teacher Louise aka Felixy Splits will teach you routines full of  fun and flirtatious choreography.
• Louise is also a professional burlesque performer and was one of the original Hurly Burly Girlies.  She is now part of a new troupe the "Folly Mixtures". 

• You will benefit from her specific performance techniques as well as her excellent teaching skills.

• Please wear a skirt or a dress and shoes with a heel (rubber not metal).

        Burlesque Buzz - Beginners Performance-Art Course - £250      

• Jo King the "Uber-Doyenne of Burlesque" (Time Out) teaches this unique course, as seen on BBC3 in The Real Dirty Dancing and Naked.
• Learn about personas, props, physical theatre, traditional burlesque dance moves, story-telling, costuming, the all important "tease factor" and SO much more - incorporating elements of striptease (no nudity).
• This spectacular 4-week course has been especially created by Jo for any female who wants a fun and fascinating way to; learn a fashionably sexy art-form, unleash your showgirl diva or even become a professional performer.  .
• The next start date is Tuesday 6th July from 8pm-10pm at Danceworks, London W1 (off Oxford Street).
• There is only availability for 14 students per course.
• There is also an after course opportunity to perform your own act.
